- Bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and all common areas: clean light switches and doorknobs, clean hallways and staircases, vacuum and mop all floors, dust and wipe down accessible surfaces, empty bins, make beds on request, dust furniture, clean window ledges, quick de-clutter of floors, clean cobwebs, wipe down electronics externally, and clean mirrors.
- Kitchen: stack and run the dishwasher on request, wipe down the outside of appliances, wet-wipe outside of the fridge, wet-wipe outside of the oven, clean the outside of cabinets and drawers, clean all accessible surfaces, clean sink and taps, clean stove/cooktop surface, and vacuum & mop floors.
- Bathroom and laundry: clean floors, scrub toilets, clean outside of cabinets and drawers, clean bathtub and shower surfaces, clean sink and taps, clean mirrors, clean and wipe bench-top surfaces, clean high-touch points such as light switches and door handles, and clean / vacuum / mop floors.

- Inside oven, rangehood and filters, carpet steam clean, interior/exterior windows, inside fridge, spot-clean walls, blinds, balcony/patio/deck, and garage sweep & tidy unless selected as add-ons.
- Mould treatment, grout or silicone remediation, mineral deposit / hard-water stain removal, pet odour treatment, biohazards, or any task likely to damage the property.

Completion times depend on your property size and service level booked. Each service has documented cleaning checklists published on our website. Times specified at booking are binding commitments, with a tolerance of ±60 minutes for access or traffic delays.

Yes, our cleaners come equipped with professional-grade supplies and tools compliant with Australian Standards AS 4351 or equivalent. Clients who provide their own equipment receive a $25 discount.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — all our cleaning agents are non-toxic, biodegradable, and child-safe. We use high-quality cleaning products for all services, including standard packages.
Can I modify or reschedule my booking?
Yes — you can reschedule once for free if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Additional reschedules attract a small processing fee based on job type.
