It includes Standard and Deep level work plus the internal-detail scope below, provided all relevant areas are empty, accessible, and safe to clean.

- Bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and common areas: all Standard and Deep tasks, plus clean inside cabinets, drawers and shelves where empty; inside windows and window tracks; and inside and outside of sliding doors including accessible tracks.
- Kitchen: all Standard and Deep tasks, plus clean inside cabinets, shelves and drawers where empty, and present the room for inspection readiness. Outside of fridge and outside of oven are included; inside oven remains an add-on unless selected.
- Bathroom and laundry: all Standard and Deep tasks, plus clean inside cabinets and drawers where empty, and complete a fuller inspection-level presentation across fixtures, mirrors, bench-tops, floors, and accessible fittings.
Not Included Unless Booked / Approved
- Carpet steam cleaning, exterior windows, inside oven, rangehood filters, inside fridge, blinds, spot-clean walls, balcony/patio/deck, and garage sweep if not selected.
- Bond return is not guaranteed solely by cleaning. Existing damage, failed seals, mould, grout/silicone issues, hard-water staining, etching, wear and tear, and maintenance defects are outside standard cleaning scope.
- Heavy furniture movement, cleaning under or behind large fixed items, rubbish removal beyond normal service waste, and unsafe or inaccessible areas.
72-hour re-clean commitment
End of lease cleans come with a 72-hour re-clean commitment (other services include a re-clean within 24 hours). If anything within the scope you booked needs attention, contact us and we will arrange it.

How long will my cleaning take?
Completion times depend on your property size and service level booked. Each service has documented cleaning checklists published on our website. Times specified at booking are binding commitments, with a tolerance of ±60 minutes for access or traffic delays.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 24 hours of the service via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We’ll arrange a reclean or partial refund depending on the situation, after verifying through photos or feedback.
What if I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made before the lock window are fully refundable. Cancellations within the lock window (typically within 24 hours of the job) may incur a cleaner compensation fee, which is deducted from your refund to cover their reserved time.
